Admission Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate a sincere commitment to Islamic scholarship and a willingness to uphold the institute's values of Adab (etiquette) and Haya (modesty) within our female-only environment. Prospective students are required to submit a completed application form, provide valid identification, and attend a personal interview to assess their academic readiness and spiritual goals. Additionally, candidates must provide previous educational transcripts and a character reference to ensure they are prepared for our integrated curriculum of sacred and modern knowledge.

Documents Needed

Application Form: A fully completed and signed official enrollment form for the current academic year. Identification: A clear copy of the student’s National Identity Card (NIC), Postal ID, or Birth Certificate. Educational Transcripts: Original or certified copies of the most recent school leaving certificates or academic reports. Character Reference: A letter of recommendation from a previous educational head or a recognized community authority. Photographs: Four recent passport-sized color photographs adhering to the institute’s modesty guidelines. Guardian Documentation: A copy of the parent or mahram’s identification and emergency contact details. Medical Record: A basic health declaration or certificate ensuring the student is fit for the residential or full-time program.

Fee Structure

Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable payment of රු3,000 to රු5,000 required at the time of admission to cover administrative processing and student ID issuance. Monthly Tuition: Standard monthly fees range from රු2,500 to රu5,500, depending on the specific program (e.g., Nazirah, Hifz, or Advanced Shariah studies). Annual Resource Fee: A yearly payment of රු6,000 to රු10,000 to cover the cost of printed course materials, library access, and classroom resources. Uniform & Modesty Kit: A one-time cost of රු8,000 to රු12,000 for the initial set of prescribed institute abayas and headscarves. Examination Fees: A nominal fee of රු1,500 per semester to facilitate internal assessments, certifications, and progress reports. Sibling Discount: Families with more than one daughter enrolled are eligible for a 10% to 15% discount on the monthly tuition for each additional sibling. Hardship Fund (Sadaqah): We offer a limited number of zakat-eligible bursaries and fee waivers for students from low-income families to ensure no sister is deprived of sacred knowledge.
